Individual therapy can help with the normal challenges we all face in life. I aim to help you heal and move beyond old patterns and experiences, allowing you to live your best life and be authentically you. 
My fees are aligned with the rates recommended by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

I have a limited number of reduced rate slots available for those who do not have an extended health plan and who cannot afford the full cost of therapy. 
To make this available to as many people as possible there is a 10 session per client limit with this short-term service.
