Vancouver Coastal Health Authority makes Kelty's Key self-directed therapeutic courses available to anyone with access to Internet. Find support for challenges like depression, grief, addiction, and many others. Residents of the health authority catchment may be eligible for a free online counsellor.

FREE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FOR YOUNG ADULTS AND TEENS

The Foundry BC makes it possible for eligible young folks aged 12-24 to access free mental health services including helpful hints and tools on their website. Resources are also available for those who are concerned about someone else's mental health or well-being.
